Description

Saint Catherine's Monastery, established between 548 and 565 by the Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian I on the spot where Moses is said to have seen the burning bush, is regarded as one of the most renowned active monasteries in the world. Islam, Christianity, and Judaism all hold the monastery in high regard This is due to the history of the Ten Commandments given to the Prophet Moses by his Lord. Furthermore, it was one of the most valuable Egypt religious tours, with pilgrims traveling from all over the world.

St. Catherine's Monastery is located on the Sinai Peninsula, in a valley at the foot of Mount Sinai. Many people are familiar with St. Catherine's Monastery, but few are aware of its full name, "Monastery of the God Truden, Holy Mount Sinai".

Itinerary

Day 1 Operation Day: Everyday

  • Firstly, the tour includes a Visit Monastery of St. Catherine’s from Sharm El-Sheikh.
  • Secondly, you will visit the monastery’s library.
  • You will also see the bell tower with 9 bells and the fountains of Moses 
  • Afterwards, we will serve the lunch
  • Thereafter, you will see the Fatimid Mosque, and well-kept gardens and cemetery.
  • In addition, you will visit the Church of  Transfiguration
  • After the tour, our driver will take you back to your hotel

Children 0-2 years old: Free sharing the same bed with parents. 

Children from 2 to 11,99 years old: 35% discount on the adult price, sharing the same bed with their parents.

From the age of 12, they are treated as adults


Cancellation Policy 

*In high and low season: 

  • you can cancel the package free of charge 21 days before arrival.
  • cancellation between 09-03 days before arrival, there will be 80% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 0-02 days before arrival, there will be 100% cancellation fee.

*During holiday seasons:

  • you can cancel the package free of charge 30 days before arrival.
  • cancellation received 21 days before arrival there will be 100% cancellation fees.
